Erica Gordon
Erica was born in California, but moved to Oregon as a toddler. She attended Fairfield Elementary, both Shasta and Cascade Middle schools, and graduated from Willamette High School waaaay back in 2003. After an unsuccessful attempt at the Art Institute of Portland ‘s fashion design program, she moved back to Eugene and eventually earned an AAOT from LCC and a bachelor’s from the University of Oregon in Art. So lucrative and financially reasonable 🙄. After marrying her wonderful husband and having 2 (freaking amazing) sons she returned to the workforce as an assistant at a tattoo studio. An old dream of tattooing resurfaced, and the opportunity to attend tattoo school presented itself-she took it! Changing paths at nearly 40 wasn’t in the plans, but here we are!
Beatrice Nearhood
Beezie has been a licensed professional tattoo artist for two years. Moving to Oregon, she fell in love with the natural vibe of the outdoors. But, she also has a big love for “the city” having grown up in Southern California. She attended school for Fashion Merchandising in Los Angeles but has always loved everything about tattoos. After becoming a mom to two active kids, she decided to finally pursue her love of art and fashion by enrolling in tattoo school. Her style is a reflection of being influenced by Chicano culture and street art. Beezie loves to tattoo memorial pieces, black and gray work, American traditional, pop culture, fashion references and custom collaborations.
